Business Development and Operations
Born and raised in Kentucky, I am a wife and mom of 3, plus a spoiled Shih Tzu, Tasha. I have a BS in Management Communication from Amridge University and my background has been mostly in management and Human Resources for the last 25 years. In 2020, I decided it was time to start my own company. That’s when Life by Design Virtual Solutions was born. Strategy and organization are my super powers, and I love helping businesses streamline and organize their processes.

Operations Specialist
I hold a DBA in Entrepreneurship, an MBA in Marketing, and I have 15+ years of experience at the executive corporate level and as a marketing director in the creative arts. I enjoy spending time with family, painting, looming, and reading mystery novels. I love to help others discover their life passion and provide them with the tools and confidence to succeed.
Grace
Project Manager
I’m a native Oregonian, holding a BA in Psychology. My educational background and my experience working in HR and in diverse professional industries gives me unique skills in the virtual business world. My other strengths involve content creation, organization, and team management. When I’m not using my professional skills, I love being outdoors and traveling. Travel fills my cup, and in 2023 I hiked the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu and snorkeled with hammerhead sharks in The Galapagos Islands. My experiences travelling globally have also granted me a unique people perspective and adaptability that enriches my professional endeavors.
